This entire training program is from Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training Guide. It is the novice level which assumes you’ve never done a full marathon before. This IS the exact training schedule and by no means do I claim ownership of it. I’m just presenting the program in a different way. For my friends and myself.

When you click on a distance in the training you'll see a full description of that days workout.
Check off runs
Once you’ve completed a run, check it off. It’ll make you feel good to see what you've done. But, maybe not so good to see what’s left.
